We are required to uphold the National Minimum Standards for full day care issued by the Welsh Assembly Government under section 79C of the Children Act 1989. These standards are used by the Assembly's Care & Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW) when determining whether providers of full day care are providing adequate care for children under the age of eight and are otherwise complying with the relevant requirements.

We agree that regulation is extremely important to ensure that all providers meet, develop and exceed the standards required when caring for your children. We really do value all feedback from parents as this helps us to improve our service where necessary and also helps to give us a moral boost when you let us know we are doing well; if you have any comments or questions please let us know and we will try our best to help.
The inspection was undertaken as part of the CSSIW normal schedule of inspections. One inspector undertook an unannounced visit on 28 February 2018 for approximately 3 hours and an announced visit on 05 March 2018 for approximately 4 hours. The inspection report and comments from the inspector were very positive and complementary about the care we provide and the methods we employ to care for the children, the setting and the staff and management of the nursery. A big THANK YOU to all of our parents and our hard working team for their continued support, dedication and most importantly caring for the children.
